Trybe AS is the data controller for processing of personal data related to Trybe. Trybe will process personal data in compliance with applicable Norwegian laws on data protection and information security, including the Data Protection Act.   • Collection of personal data
    When signing up for an account at Trybe we will ask you to provide various information such as, but not limited to, name, address, age and product preferences.

    Trybe uses this information for membership administration, for improving our services and to analyze and select campaigns and products that will be of interest to you. If you have been selected to review a product we may use your contact information to send the product to your address or use other means to allow you to collect the product.

    Trybe stores information about which products you have applied to review, and your feedback relating to such products. The information will be used by Trybe for the purposes of preparing reports, studies and analysis for our business partners. The information will also be used for improving our services and to be able to compare reviews of the same or similar products.

  • Disclosure of personal data
    All information and open text comments provided by the Member may be used publicly and/or for commercial purposes in anonymized form by Trybe and Trybe's business partners.

    Trybe's business partners will only receive aggregated reports (anonymous data) on our members feedback on tested products and survey results, e.g. " female age 20, first digit of post code (or similar), with interests cooking, design and traveling, income 200-400k NOK per year, has a dog". Free text responses and review comments may be disclosed without being aggregated but in anonymized form.

    To be able to send you products that you have applied to review, we may to the extent necessary disclose your name and address to third parties so that they can send you the agreed products.

    Trybe will not provide information about identifiable members review, and these parties will thus not be able to link any name and address to any review.

  • Information and marketing
    When establishing an account at Trybe and accepting our Terms and Conditions you consent to Trybe providing you with information about products and services that may be of interest to you. Trybe may contact you by email, mail or telephone. You may at any time contact us if you no longer wish to receive information, news or offers. Please see contact information below.

  • Membership support
    When you contact Trybe, we keep a record of your communication to help solve any issues you might be facing. We may use your email address to inform you about our services, such as letting you know about upcoming changes or improvements.
